Assessments

Assessments are a vital part of any Software Process Improvement Programme.  They provide immediate feedback on progress that has been made, and enable organisations to gauge where additional effort should be focused.

Assessments can also play a part in ensuring that suppliers and sub-contractors meet the necessary criteria in terms of their organisational maturity and process capability.
