Compita is piloting a suite of products to support clients achieve the best from an Agile way of working.
With more and more people looking toward agile as a ‘silver bullet' many are now asking what are the real benefits of agile; and in some cases why are we not getting the benefits as expected!
Compita has developed and is piloting a suite of products to support clients achieve the best from an agile way of working. It is expected the product suite will include 4 main elements: a best practice model, an assessment method, and two training courses.
Together these products will give an organisation the tools to:
- understand where they are,
- create a roadmap for improvement, and
- the ability to measure their success.
The suite will kick off with presentation of the first training courses in May.
